Anti-Aging Subject of Year.

I hope you had a great holiday. But now it is time to get serious!

Lets look at what can be done toward Anti-Aging.

"What we eat and what is eating us",

Doctors say, is directly linked to how we look, feel, and age.

Understand stress is one of the great enemies we could

have to accelerate the aging process.

But what if I told you that we actually have other enemys

in our bodies that contribute to our aging.

Enemies that you nor I went out to get,

they are just there in our bodies working against us day after day.

To find out what I am talking about.

Go to my website at and search the Anti-Aging info there.

Anti-Aging A Big Subject

I don't know about you but I hate the idea of aging.

I don't' believe I am a vain person.

I do believe I can do things to take care of myself and slow down the visual signs of aging.

I believe aging is a curse put on us and we live under it from the day we are born.

Of course my Husband asks me if I would prefer the alternative.

And that has been true in the past that the grave was the only alternative to aging.

Lets talk about the words 'anti-aging'.

I love Google.com search the information that I can find is amazing. And Wikipedia.org usually comes through with very interesting information. So lets look at the words anti-aging. This is what I find... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_extension

Quote:
"Life extension, also known as anti-aging medicine, experimental gerontology, and biomedical gerontology, refers to attempts to slow down or reverse the processes of aging to extend both the maximum and average lifespan. Some researchers in this area, and "life extensionists" or "longevists" (who wish to achieve longer lives for themselves), believe that future breakthroughs in tissue rejuvenation with stem cells, molecular repair, and organ replacement (such as with artificial organs or xenotransplantations) will eventually enable humans to have indefinite lifespans through complete rejuvenation to a youthful condition."

"The sale of putative anti-aging products such as nutrition, physical fitness, skin care, hormone replacements, vitamins, supplements and herbs has become a lucrative industry, with the US market generating about $50 billion of revenue each year Medical experts state that the use of such products has not been shown to affect the aging process, and many claims of anti-aging medicine advocates have been roundly criticized by medical experts, including the American Medical Association Bioethicists question whether and how the human lifespan should be extended."

Wow, that is a mouth full !
